FLAVIA MORAES is a filmmaker, producer, showrunner, and innovator.
For 21 years, she led one of the most influential production companies in South America, bringing together ideas, talent, and clients to create an impressive body of work—spanning commercials, feature and documentary films, TV series, and large-scale concerts. One of the first Brazilians to join the Director’s Guild of America, Flavia has been recognized with Cannes Lions, Clio, and Caboré awards for her contributions to the industry.
Most recently, as Head of Innovation for RBS Group, one of Brazil’s largest communication conglomerates, she spearheaded The Communication (R)evolution—a global study synthesizing insights on technology, communication, and entertainment. This research guided the group's transformation from a traditional media company into a future-focused enterprise and culminated in a TEDx presentation. She also led the creation of OCTO, an experimental multimedia platform that blended emerging technology, social trends, and traditional media.
Now embracing unconventional and liberating narratives, Flavia splits her time between Los Angeles and Barcelona, focusing on projects that inspire transformation and challenge ways of thinking. Her most recent documentary, "Visions in the Dark", has been moving audiences and critics worldwide, building anticipation for her upcoming release, "Milton Bituca Nascimento".
